How to Clear Your Cache Cache in Google Chrome

Sometimes your browser hangs onto outdated images/content, even though you've changed it. We recommend clearing your cache if you're not seeing a change you've made.

Steps to clearing your cache in Google Chrome

  1. Select the menu icon in the top right (the three dots button)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Security and Privacy
  4. Select Clear browsing data and ensure that Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, as well as Cached images and files are checked.
  5. Set time range to All Time
  6. Click Clear Data
Once your cache has been cleared, log out of CampaignDrive. Once you log back in, you should see your changes reflected.
