FAQ: Getting New Fonts Installed
How to add new fonts to your system instance.
- The first step in adding a new font is to provide a ZIP file of the font, including your licensing information, to your Customer Success manager.
- The CS manager will pass the fonts to a Pica9 developer to review and upload onto your system. This step is necessary as the developer must review your font set to ensure that it fully supports all the characters needed for output.
- Once the new fonts are installed, your CS manager will let you know and you can then add the fonts to your font list so they will appear for use within templates.
Note: The process of review and installation of fonts can take up to 2 weeks, so please plan accordingly.
